Cooperation with Warsaw University of Technology
Since 2012, we have proudly partnered with the Faculty of Automotive and Construction Machinery Engineering (SiMR) at the Warsaw University of Technology. Our cooperation is built around a shared goal: to empower the next generation of engineers with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to shape the future of the automotive industry.
We contribute to the academic program by delivering lectures in A Class surfacing and advanced design methods for 3rd-year students. These lectures combine theoretical knowledge with hands-on insight from real-world automotive projects, bridging education and industry practice.
To further support student development, we’ve equipped the university’s CAD laboratory with ICEM Surf licenses—industry-standard tools used in high-end surface modeling—providing students with access to the same technology used by professionals across the globe.
Internship Program and Training
Each year, we run a competitive internship program for final-year students and recent graduates, typically offering placements for 4–6 individuals. Selected interns work side-by-side with our senior designers and engineers, participating in ongoing design and development projects for international clients.

Many of our current team members began their journey with us as interns. The best candidates are offered long-term employment, creating a seamless path from academia to a thriving engineering career.
