G3 was founded in 2008, built on experience gained through years of collaboration with leading automotive manufacturers like BMW, Volkswagen, Volvo, Ford, and Opel. Today, our team brings together a combined 250 years of A Class surfacing experience—all under one roof.
Our 18-person team is structured around small, focused project groups led by seasoned project managers. These experts guide both the direction of each project and the growth of younger team members. While many of our senior specialists have over a decade of experience in body design and surfacing—across both plastic and metal parts—we also invest in mentoring junior staff and trainees.
It’s a compact, highly collaborative environment where knowledge is continuously shared, and every contribution moves the project forward.
